Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. All refunds will be issued in the form of an E-gift card. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Return shipping is to be paid by the customer. Your return can be sent to 2330 E. Harold ct. Visalia, Ca 93292.
Once we receive your return, please allow 3-5 days for your E-gift card to be sent to your email.  

Inside of your return, please include your original packing slip, as this will ensure we process your return as quickly as possible. If you do not have your original packing slip, please include your full name, address, and order #.
