SHIPPING INFORMATION

Please allow 2-3 business days for your order to process, and an additional 24 hours to be shipped out. Each item purchased online is shipped via USPS. Our flat rate shipping cost is $8. Currently, we do not ship internationally. Orders placed after noon (EST) Friday will be processed Monday. 

23 Threads is NOT responsible for any delays with USPS or if products are lost or damaged in the mail. Once the package has left our store, we are no longer held responsible. You will need to contact whichever carrier was responsible for your package to obtain information. 

INCORRECT ADDRESS:

• It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure all information is correct before submitting your order.
• We are not responsible if a package is shipped back to us due to the incorrect or undeliverable address.
